14-Day Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. We believe this timeframe allows you ample time to evaluate the product and decide if it meets your requirements.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day refund period. You can reach us through our online contact form on our Contact Us page. Please be sure to provide your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Conditions for Refund

In order to qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  2. All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
  3. The product must be returned within the 14-day refund period.

Please note: We do not pay for shipping to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted products at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping back via Fedex or UPS.

Always check the size information before ordering, all t-shirts are comfort fit and unisex.

All our items are printed to order, We as a company do not hold stock so we can avoid wastage and give the savings to our customers.

So for any return we will withhold $10 per item to cover some of our production costs and the returned item will be donated free of charge. You can then re-order once we have refunded the remaining amount.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request and verify that it meets the conditions mentioned above, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
